Did you have a good Valentine's Day?!

Did everyone have a good Valentine's Day?  What did you do? Did you have a great dessert?
I made Molten Lava Cake with Pistachio Gelato and boy did we enjoy that!

This was actually my sister's proposal! Isn't that so sweet. Her (now) husband arranged for a friend (who was a pilot) to take them on a ride. And when they were flying over his family's acreage this is what she saw! Love it!
